Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

At JSR College, Bhopal, we maintain a transparent admission and fee structure. By enrolling in our courses and paying the applicable fees, students and parents agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our fee payment and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Application / Registration Fees

Fees paid towards the application form, registration, or entrance process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Admission / Tuition Fees

Once admission is confirmed and fees are paid, no refund will be issued if a student wishes to withdraw from the course.
In case of cancellation of admission by the college due to eligibility issues or other valid reasons before the commencement of classes, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

3. Hostel & Other Fees

Hostel fees, library fees, or other facility charges paid are non-refundable once the student has availed the facility.
If the student cancels before occupying the hostel, a partial refund (after deducting administrative costs) may be processed at the discretion of the management.

4. Special Circumstances

Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:

Cancellation of course by the college.
Medical or unforeseen conditions supported by valid documents (subject to approval of the management).

5. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

Any approved refund will be made only through the original mode of payment within 30 working days of approval.
Cash refunds will not be entertained.

6. Final Authority

The management of JSR College under the Global Education and Welfare Society reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to refunds.
Students and parents agree to abide by this policy at the time of admission.
